Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.cloveoralcare.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• Your orders are shipped from our warehouse at Delhi through registered courier companies at your doorstep.
• Orders are shipped within 2(two) business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid and upon confirmation of order for COD.
• Normally, purchased items will be delivered at your doorstep within 6(six) business days of the date of order made between 12am-4pm and plus 1(one) business day for orders made between 4pm- 12am. Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order.
• Innovative Oral Care is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages, damages must be reported to customer care service within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-6 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
